Please note that we use software on our Shopify account or the couriers software to make and print your courier labels for all orders (this may change in the future should a preferred software become available). To do so we need to enter and save your contact and address details into that platform. This is saved with Shopify, the courier, Orderspace and our accounts software Xero and used for future labels we create for your orders and anything we need to send you or bill you. Shopify or the courier we use may contact you (normally automatically) about progress to your shipment created through this platform. We currently use DPD as our courier, but we may use others such as An Post or GLS for example.
Late fees are charged at 1.5% per month (the same we are charged by our Green suppliers). Please note that failed attempts for direct debit incur an extra €5 admin fee and two failures across a reasonable time period may result in us only accepting payments up front, at least until your financial situation has improved. To cover our added card fees we will also have to charge 2% more for products/services paid by card during this time. Where an account becomes more than 30 days overdue, we may also charge 2% more for products/services for any new orders that come in, until the account is cleared again.
